Service Agreement: By booking a tour with us, you agree to these T&C (Terms and Conditions), governing your use of our city tour services in Florence via Golf Cart.

Customer Conduct: Participants must follow all instructions given by the tour guide. Unruly or unlawful behavior, including any form of hate speech or bullying, will result in immediate termination of the tour without a refund.

Liability: While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for minor errors in information provided during the tour or for unforeseen service interruptions (e.g., unexpected road closures, vehicle mechanical issues).

Service Changes: We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify tour services, including routes and times, due to operational needs, safety concerns, or local regulations.

Copyright: All tour content, routes, and descriptions remain our intellectual property. Commercial use or reproduction is strictly forbidden.

Return and Refund Policy

Scope: This policy applies only to cancellations of booked Golf Cart city tours in Florence with FlyTour.

Cancellation Window:

Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled tour start time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time are non-refundable.
No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to show up for a scheduled tour (No-Show) forfeit the total cost and are not eligible for a refund.
Initiating a Refund: To request a cancellation and refund, you must contact us directly via email or phone, providing your booking reference.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
Company Cancellation: In the rare event we must cancel a tour (e.g., severe weather, operational failure), guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
